Visiting Little Drop home for the aged

meet-up at our @Rtn MI Neruji‘s resort , Fiesta ,  As planned we first met at around 12 noon at Little Drops elders home run by our Rtn Nehruzii , had the opportunity to serving lunch for them. Spent some valuable service time there, before heading back to the resort. Under a beautiful canopy by the pool we had a short kick off by sharing of thoughts by President Ashok and myself .  We were served by a dedicated staff with some chilled Bs , great pomfrets , starters and snacks before a delicious  high quality food served at our table . Post a wonderful lunch we strolled around the resort tried some hurdles playfully and some photo shots before bidding a very satisfied fellowship  A huge thanks to our Rtn Nehruzii for hosting us and ensuring we all had a great time .  On that note we discussed among us and have decided that we will make a small token of donation from RBE towards Little Drops request Rtn Nehruzii to kindly give us an opportunity to do our bit towa...

RBE Monthly Grocery distribution

Sweaters, Blankets, Study Mats, Energy Drink, Bed sheets & Clothes to the children of Louisa Children’s Home

  On 9/11/22 on behalf of Rotary Bangalore East,  Past President Rtn Stephen Paul Maddali and Ann Vipanchika , handed over Sweaters, Blankets, Study Mats, Energy Drink, Bed sheets & Clothes to the children of Louisa Children’s Home.  The children were very happy to receive them.  The sweaters were donated by  Rtn Nanada Kumar Reddy . The blankets, study mats and the juice was sponsored by Mrs & Col KJC Jeldo and the bed sheets and the clothes were donated by Mrs Deepti Sidhartha & Mrs Hebsiba Doss.  RBE wishes to thank all the donors for their generosity. RBE : Monthly Grocery distribution for Nov 2022

  As part of RBE's flagship project of monthly grocery distribution for the month of Dec , we distributed nearly 50 grocery bags with essentials to sustain for  monthly for a family. Thanks to Rtn PP V. Krishnamoorthy , President Shivakumar, Rtn. Krishnan , Rotaract President Madan Groceries to a value of about Rs40k was sponsored senior club members. Thanks for this continued support. 

RBE Open Minds: Conducts Poetry competition for Teacher's Day : 5th Sept

RBE’s Teacher’s Day celebrations and poetry competition price distribution at Domlur Gov High School  As a chief guest today we were honored to have Dr Subramanyam Sharma ( grandson of our Sri Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan).  This event started on  Friday,Sept 2nd with announcements in classrooms and setting guidelines, topic and structure for the competition  Saturday,Sep 3rd all students participated in writing poetry on topic “Teacher”.. In one of 3 languages Kannada, Hindi or English . With all teachers and principal support over 150 enthusiastic students wrote their thoughts and lines competitively.. On Sunday some of the notable and eligible ones were chosen from all submissions for prices. Monday,5th Sept, on the occasion of Teacher’s day, certificates and prices were awarded for poetry competition winners, by the chief guest Dr Subramanyam Sharma. Rotary Bangalore East conducts Eco Ganesha event at Domlur Gov School 28th Aug 2022

 Rotary Bangalore East  had the Eco Ganesha workshop   in Domlur Government School ground.  The workshop was conducted by Ann Bhuvana Krishnan(w/o YSD Rtn Krishnan) with help from Ms Amrutha and Ms Keerthana.  Arranged and organised by Rtn Krishnan with the help and support of President Shivkumar and sponsor from DLRWA .  In presents of Mr Narayanan , Ms Geetha and Mrs Anitha . Nearly 180 students from both school, PU and degree college took active and enthusiastic participation. Lots of expressive creativity and joy prevailed throughout the workshop. Apart from students many others participated as well I want to thank DLRWA for pitching in and Mrs Bhuvana for conducting this event.
